refactor(report): 移除HTML报告生成功能

移除了HTML报告生成功能,包括 `HTMLReportGenerator` 类及其在统计输出任务中的调用逻辑。

此举旨在简化代码库,剥离一个维护成本较高的功能。删除该组件可以简化统计模块并减少依赖,同时也为未来可能采用更现代、更灵活的报告方案做准备。
