fix(plugin): 移除插件配置同步调用并增强错误日志

在插件管理器中，移除了加载插件时对已废弃的配置同步方法的调用。

同时，为了更好地排查 `maizone` 插件发送动态失败的问题，增强了其命令的异常日志，现在会额外记录异常类型。
