refactor(report): 使用Jinja2模板重构报告生成器

将报告生成逻辑与表示层分离，以提高代码的可维护性和可读性。

- HTML、CSS 和 JavaScript 从 Python f-string 中提取到独立的模板文件中。
- 引入 Jinja2 模板引擎动态渲染报告内容，使未来修改报告样式和结构更加方便，实现了逻辑和视图的分离。
