refactor(plugins): 将多个社交互动插件整合到 social_toolkit_plugin

将 `set_emoji_like`, `at_user`, `poke`, `reminder`, 和 `set_typing_status` 等多个独立的内置插件的功能进行重构和整合,统一归入一个新的 `social_toolkit_plugin` 插件中。

这次重构旨在:
- 减少插件数量,简化插件管理和维护。
- 整合相似的功能(如用户互动、提醒等),提高代码复用性。
- 为未来添加更多社交互动功能提供一个统一的框架。
